All items ordered will be processed and fulfilled within 5-8 business days (standard), and 3-4 business days (priority).  Each item is carefully packaged, boxed and sent via courier service to ensura safe handling & shipping.  

Returns & refunds are only applicable if the item is damaged upon delivery due to the original nature of the items.  

The Volco collection uses the Pâte De Verre technique to bring earthly substance and grittiness to the forefront.  By pressing glass powders, shards and frits in to bespoke quartz-plaster moulds, a texture of rugged rockiness yet soothing sandiness appears.
